Manasi Parekh is on cloud nine after winning the Best Actress National Award for her performance in the Gujarati film Kutch Express. The actress, who co-produced the film with her husband Parthiv Gohil, couldn’t hold back her tears as she shared her joy, stating she has been crying for two hours. The film, which won three awards in total, marks a significant milestone in her career.
Manasi, who was busy shooting her next project when the news broke, shares the award with Tamil actress Nitya Menen. The honor will be officially presented by President Draupadi Murmu in October.
